Every order ships free, insured and tracked, from our atelier near Málaga, Spain. No order threshold.
Spain: 2–3 working days. European Union: 4–6 working days. United Kingdom and rest of world: 7–12 working days. Custom or made-to-order pieces: add up to 14 days for atelier work.
You will receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it; you will never be left without recourse.
We ship from Spain, within the EU. For European Union customers, orders move freely with no customs duties. For United Kingdom customers, parcels are imported into the UK and import VAT or duties may apply; we deliver duty paid where possible. For customers outside the EU and UK, local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery and are not paid by the Supplier — please contact us if you need clarification.
If you fail to take delivery through no fault of ours, reasonable storage and redelivery costs may be charged. Goods become your responsibility upon delivery completion or collection. Please examine your parcel before acceptance where reasonably practicable.
